Welcome to WetrackWise. These terms govern your use of our platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms. We designed them to be clear and fair for everyone.
2. What You Can Do
As a WetrackWise user, you are welcome to:
- Use our platform for legitimate Marketplace Data Intelligence activities
- Share knowledge and connect with other professionals
- Cancel your subscription without penalties
- Provide feedback to improve our service
3. What's Not Allowed
To maintain a safe and productive environment, the following activities are prohibited:
- Spam, fraud, or illegal marketing activities
- Harassment or abuse of community members
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Attempting to hack or exploit our systems
- Using the platform for purposes unrelated to Marketplace Data Intelligence

- Provide reliable service with 99.9% uptime goal
- Protect your data and privacy
- Give 30-day notice for major changes
- Offer fair refunds for service issues
- Maintain a respectful community environment
5. Account & Community

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

6. Service Usage
Acceptable Use
WetrackWise is designed for legitimate marketplace and analytics activities. Use our tools to grow your business ethically.
Usage Limits
Orders, stores and reports are unlimited on every paid plan, with no overage charges. The only limit is the number of questions to the AI assistant included in your plan.
Fair Use
"Unlimited" means unlimited for a normal selling operation. If your volume is so far above the norm that it affects the platform or the cost of the service, we will reach out to agree on a suitable plan before anything changes. We never charge overage automatically and never cut off your access without notice: you will get at least 30 days and the option to export your data.
7. Billing & Refunds
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime without penalties.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, we'll provide a full refund. After that, we offer pro-rated refunds for service issues.
8. Limitations & Liability
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll always communicate planned maintenance in advance.
